A Dryden High School teacher has received one of the Provinces
highest honours in sport.
Carol Gardam has been handed the OFSAA Leadership in School Sport
Award, joining an elite list of coach’s, builders and instructors.
The long-time basketball coach says it’s a fulfilling job and she carries countless memories from the Basketball Court.
Gardam is the current Coach of the Eagle Junior Girls Basketball
team and has several years under her belt with the Senior Girls.
The Provincial honour recognizes dedication and leadership in the
classroom and in high school athletics.
