Prestigous Honour for Darlene Furlong

Darlene Furlong will walk the stage once again on graduation day.
The Vice-President of Patient Care for the Dryden Hospital will be recognized as an Honorary Graduate of Confederation College on June 5th in Thunder Bay.
Furlong is being recognized for her work in establishing a degree-level nursing program in Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Fort Frances and Kenora.
She will be presented with a Diploma in Business Administration at the Ceremony.
Furlong says she had a lot of help along the way.
Furlong adds the barriers have been removed to accept another class in 2010.
