Problems with Infrastructure Funding

The deadline to apply for Federal-Provincial Infrastructure funding is
Monday and a number of Northwestern Ontario municipalities are complaining
about the application process.
Kenora MP Roger Valley says the technical criteria required is seen
as too complicated.
Valley says he will recommend a more user-friendly system for the
second phase of the infrastructure program for smaller communities.
Dryden staff say they had no troubles with the application process
and are expecting to here back from the Feds on possible funding by April.
