Property Sold in Two Dryden Subdivisions

The City of Dryden has sold property in the Norwill Subdivision and Centennial Business Park.
The agreement will allow a developer known as Real-Flex to develop a roughly 18,000 square foot building in each of the subdivisions.
The developer constructs buildings for small and medium sized businesses, with the potential of 14 tenants in each facility.
The structures are designed with roof top solar panels and the Dryden Development Corporation is currently working on joint marketing materials that will attract investment to the community.
Work can’t begin until Real-Flex get’s approval from the Ontario Power Authority Feed-In-Tariff program.
The sale of the two properties will amount to $110,000 of land sale revenue.
