‘Welcome to my Wilderness City’.
Idea Marketing is attempting to steer Dryden towards adopting that
theme in a bid to attract more people to the community.
Spokesperson John Alcock unveiled his marketing plan to Council Monday
and says a draft 6-page colour magainze paints Dryden as a bright jewel in
the heart of the Canadian wilderness.
With help from Cresive Corporation, the brochure contains scenic
pictures and brief descriptions of business and tourism opportunities
pertaining to the wilderness theme.
The magazine agressively promotes Dryden as a clean, safe and thriving
community.
