Province Addresses Out-Migration

Out-migration of youth from Northern Ontario has become a major concern
and the Province has launched 2-programs to help fix the problem.
Northern Development and Mines Minister Rick Bartolucci says the McGuinty Government is freeing up funding for youths who draft a creative
business plan that will help generate job creation.
Bartolucci is also providing funding for students to stay home and
receive training in a skilled trade of their choice.
The Minister notes there is an open budget attached to the programs.
