Province Follows Through On Bridge Funding

The provincial government has come through on its share of funding to upgrade the Wabigoon River Bridge in Dryden.
The nearly 800-thousand dollar project will see the bridge and its approaches widened.
The city announced the project last year but it has been delayed because of funding problems with the Ministry of Transportation.
MLA Contracting of Thunder Bay has been awarded the tender.
Once the project begins later this summer, motorists may experience delays along Duke Street near the Dryden Mill.
