Province Hopeful of Postal Talks

It looks like those Ontario H-S-T cheques will be in the mail as
scheduled.
That follows word that contract talks with postal workers are
continuing.
The third H-S-T cheque is scheduled to be delivered in June —
just a few months before the October 6th election.
Finance Minister Dwight Duncan was worried a strike would delay
delivery of the cheques
