Provincial Funding for Economic Development

The McGuinty Liberals are spending nearly $14,000 on 3-economic development initiatives for the City of Dryden.
Thanks to the Northern Communities Investment Readiness Program, the Dryden Development Corporation will be able to conduct an inventory of wood supplies in the area.
The money will also be spent on identifying potential property for manufacturing and processing facilities.
And, the DDC plans to host a tour for a company that could manufacture local timber into wood products.
