Provincial Funding for New Sioux Lookout Hospital

The Provincial Government is spending $1.49-million to proceed with the
first stage of construction of the new Sioux Lookout Meno-Ya-Win Health
Centre.
The money will be spent on initial work leading to construction of the
Hospital including site clearing and road work.
The Health Centre has been given approval to tender a contract for the
preliminary work and construction of the 60-bed facility is expected to
commence this Fall.
