Provincial Funding for Training Centre

The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund is spending $600,000 on a new educational facility in Pikangikum First Nation.
The centre will train aboriginal workers for jobs in tourism, mining and forestry.
The facility will have 3-classrooms, and a residence for instructors.
Five people will be employed at the Centre.
