The Public Service Alliance of Canada is out with new ads that tell stories about the lives of veterans after the federal government closed nine Veteran Affairs offices, including the only regional one in Thunder Bay.
Vet Rob Cutbush describes in the video how the loss of in-person services has exacerbated his PTSD.
Cutbush says his condition has become worse as he’s no longer able to talk to someone face-to-face.
He notes he can’t talk about his inner-trauma with an individual over a phone.
