Public School Board Releases Strategic Plan

Student Achievement is one of the main goals for the Keewatin Patricia District School Board.
The board has unveiled its 2009-2010 Strategic Plan.
Director of Education Larry Hope says they want to expand their life skills and special education programs.
Hope adds they want to offer more work experiences to Aboriginal learners.
The Strategic Plan also calls for wireless internet access in all secondary schools.
Hope notes they are planning a support program to help students with their homework in the classroom and away from school.
