A 50-year-old Quebec resident has been slapped with a $2,000 fine
after he was caught snaring rabbits north of Sioux Lookout last January.
The man was charged for making a false statement when applying for an
outdoors card and for using an invalid outdoors card to purchase moose,
deer and small game licences.
The Ministry of Natural Resources says Gordon Maxwell used his
previous Northern Ontario address to apply for the licences.
