The Town was also hit by hail the size of grapes, even some golf ball sized.
The hail damaged windows, flattened gardens and flooded several basements.
In Dryden, no major damage was reported.
The City was under a tornado watch but was instead hit with hail, torrential rain and high winds.
Area streets were under water, and trees and hydro poles were knocked down.
