Race for Mayor in Atikokan

The Municipal election is one week away and the 2 candidates running for
Mayor in Atikokan are concentrating on economic issues.
Incumbent Dennis Brown says he’s been involved in a number of projects and notes
Council will have to ensure several projects move ahead to create more jobs in the community.
Brown has served as Mayor for 9-years and says he’s ready to work with
residents to move the community forward.
Robert Davidson says more jobs need to be created in the community.
Davidson is a former Mayor of Atikokan and says he has the leadership
residents can count on.
