If you’ve been enjoying the sunshine yesterday and this morning – Environment Canada just wrapped our area up in a ‘wet blanket.’
A ‘Rainfall Warning’ has been issued for Dryden, Vermilion Bay, Ignace, Kenora, Fort Frances and Atikokan areas, effective at 9 this morning.
A brief statement says further developments are coming, but be prepared for rain to start this afternoon or evening with rain and thundershowers expected overnight, along with up to 25mm.
Red Lake and Ear Falls are expecting showers, but are not included in the Rainfall Warning as of 9:32 am CDT.
