The Rainy-River District School Board is expressing satisfaction with the recent results of provincial tests written by its Grade 3, 6 and 9 students.
Education Director Heather Campbell says the Board saw significant improvement in several areas.
The number of students passing the Grade 9 math and the Grade 6 reading, writing and math tests has increased over the past 5-years.
Campbell says they did see a slight decrease in the test scores in Grade 3 reading and writing.
Math scores remain stable over previous years.
