Rams Stay In The Race For First

The Red Lake Rams kept within striking distance of first place in the Norwossa Boys High School Hockey standings after a pair of wins over the Kenora Broncos Friday and Saturday in Kenora. The Rams won 7-2 Friday night and 5-2 on Saturday afternoon to pull to within 3 points of the league leading Fort Frances Muskies. Each team has 2 games remaining in the regular season. The Rams will wrap up their 20 game schedule against the Eagles next weekend while the Muskies face both Dryden Tuesday and Kenora a week Tuesday. The Dryden Eagles are 5 points behind the Rams with 4 games remaining.
