Rams Win; Eagles Lose in Opener in Brandon

Two close decisions for local teams at the 21st Annual Victoria Inn High School Hockey Boys Tournament in Brandon, Manitoba.
Landyn Smith scored his second of the game with 6-seconds left to lead the Red Lake Rams to a 4-3 win over Carmen.
Cam Woosley also had a pair of goals for Red Lake.
The Dryden Eagles dropped a 3-2 decision to Selkirk in their opener.
Joel Allen and Kale Kuzemchuck scored for the Eagles.
Dryden is back on the ice at noon Friday.
Red Lake sees action at 2:00 Friday.
