The Minister of Natural Resources is firing back at NDP
Leader Howard Hampton’s claims tbe MNR’S finances were cut.
David Ramsay says it only appears on paper that the MNR
has had it’s budget clawed back. Ramsay adds Hampton has
based his accusations on the inner layout of the budget.
