Ramsay Watching North Dakota

Minister of Natural Resources David Ramsay says the Province will
take swift action against North Dakota, if the State goes ahead with a
proposed pipeline from Lake of the Woods.
Ramsay says they’re keeping an eye on all 8-proposed options being
looked at.
North Dakota is predicting a water shortage by 2050.
