Recycling could return to Dryden on a permanent basis as early as tonite.
The city has apparently reached an agreement with the union which would allow the recycling plant to reopen after it was shut down earlier this year.
The matter comes before Council tonite & regular pickups could start as early as the end of the month.
The temporary gathering of materials takes place as scheduled this week.
