The month of November was warm and dry in the Kenora district.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Services says the average temperature was 2.5-degrees, 8-degrees above normal.
Laidlaw says the highest temperature was 19.2 on November 6th.
He notes at the start of November, numerous records were shattered.
Total precipitation was 30.1-millimetres, short of the normal 46.7-millimetres.
However, Laidlaw says Thunder Bay saw three times the amount of rain and snow than it usually receives.
