Recount in Atikokan

A recount has been conducted and nothing has changed.
The Town of Atikokan was asked by 11th place finisher GayleGgreen to
recount the votes from the November 13th Municipal election.
Green, who finished over 400-votes away from a Council seat, was
concerned because at one time the results shown on TV were different from
the count at the returning offices.
A Town official says the recount uncovered 1 or 2 different numbers
but nothing major and notes the rankings did not change.
Atikokan officials stress they have full confidence in the system.
