The Canadian Red Cross is considering opening a branch in Kenora.
The Municipality had an office, but it closed it’s doors back in 2001.
Dryden & District Branch Manager Shanna Hanson says they’re looking for volunteers to help form a branch council.

The branch would eventially offer disaster management, first aid training and the winter warmth program.
