The Canadian Red Cross in northwestern Ontario is getting funding from the Ontario Trillium Fund to expand.
The Red Cross will receive $75,000 over 12 months to develop a program on the New Osnaburgh First Nation.
The funding will focus on food security, transportation as well as violence and abuse prevention.
The organization is now looking for someone to run the program.
