Red Lake Domestic Assaults

Red Lake OPP have laid charges after two separate domestic assaults last week.
Police received a report of a domestic assault between a Pikangikum couple.
Police say an investigation determined the wife assaulted the husband on two separate occassions.
OPP say the 48-year-old female has been charged with two counts of assault and failing to comply with an undertaking.
In the second incident, OPP were called to a Red Lake home after a dispute between an estranged married couple.
Police say the female victim was assaulted and threats were made against her.
A 31-year-old Red Lake man is facing charges as a result.
