Red Lake residents have selected Phil Vinet to replace outgoing Mayor
Dunc Wilson.
Vinet edged Jack Goodwillie by 104 votes Monday to capture the
Mayors seat.
Vinet says he’s excitied about the new Council but also took time to
thank Carol Baron and Floyd Drager who were not re-elected.
