The Provincial Government is investing $4.4-million to construct
a new Staff Quarters at the Fire Base in Red Lake.
Construction of the facility is scheduled to begin in mid-September
with a completion date set for June 2007.
Minister of Natural Resources David Ramsay says a new complex to house
the 60 fire and aviation personnel is badly needed.
