A 32 year old Red Lake man is facing several charges after a single vehicle crash on Saturday.
Around 10:30pm Red Lake and Ear Falls OPP responded to a report of an erratic driver that drove into a ditch south of the intersection of Highway 125 and Highway 105
As a result of the investigation, Police say Tyler Moncrief has been charged with:
- 1x Unauthorized Possession of a firearms contrary to Section 91(1) of the Criminal Code;
- 1x Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance contrary to Section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substances Act;
- 1x Careless Driving contrary to Section 130(1) of the Highway Traffic Act;
- 1x Drive motor vehicle with liquor readily available contrary to Section 32(1) of the Liquor Licence Act
The accused was released and will appear in Red Lake court at a later date.
