Red Lake Man Receives Jail Time

A Red Lake man has received jail time for taking part in a pair of
home invasions.
20-year-old Dustin McMillan was on probation for participating in an
armed invasion last May, when he forced his way into another Red Lake home
last month and assaulted a man.
McMillan pled guilty to one count of assault in Kenora court and has
been sentenced to 4-months in jail.
hH was also ordered to submit a DNA sample to the National Data Bank
of violent offenders.
