3-new Councilors and a new Mayor will be sworn-in Tuesday morning at
the Town Hall in Red Lake.
Phil Vinet will officialy take over the reigns from longtime Mayor
Dunc Wilson, who decided to call it a career.
Vvinet says his first priority is working with senior staff to draft
a long-term plan.
