Regina Man Charged in Marathon

A poor decision by a Regina man.
On Sunday, a Marathon OPP officer was doing radar enforcement on Highway 17 in Pic Township, east of Marathon.
The officer stopped a black SUV heading westbound, and noticed the driver appeared intoxicated.
Police say the man had over the legal limit of alcohol in his blood.
68-year-old Gregory Stewart was charged with operating a vehicle with over 80 mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
He is expected to appear in court in October.
