Regional Animal Shelter Appears to be a go

Kenora Council has decided to approve the business license for the
regional Rescue North Animal Shelter.
Councilor Rory McMillan says as long as the shelter in Keewatin meets
various conditions, like putting the kennels indoors, the license will
likely be granted on Monday.
Rescue North took over the animal shelter service earlier this year
when the OSPCA disbanded.
