Lest we forget!
It’s a full day for veterans and individuals in Dryden as the community marks Remembrance Day.
The day begins with a short service at 10:15 at the Royal Canadian Legion.
A march to the Cenotaph will occur after, with the laying of wreaths.
Senator Lynn Beyak will be one of many laying a wreath in front of City Hall.
At night, the Remembrance Day banquet begins at 5 o’clock.
Kenora MP and Natural Resources Minister Greg Rickford is scheduled to speak at the dinner.
A City by-law prevents most businesses from opening before 12:30.
