In loving memory of Rene Lavoie, age 78 years, who passed away Wednesday June 19th with his family by his side.
Rene is survived by his children Susan Leutschaft of Vermilion Bay, Patricia Leutschaft of Vermilion Bay, Richard Lavoie of Dryden, Chris Lavoie of Vermilion Bay, Maria Lupien of Melbourne Australia and Renee Lavoie of Red Lake, 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 4 brothers and 3 sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass to celebrate Rene’s life will be held Friday June 21st at 2:00 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Alan Campeau officiating. Interment will follow in the Dryden Cemetery.
