The New Starts for Women Shelter in Red Lake has unveiled its new look.
$89,000 in Federal funds allowed the centre to install
safety windows, new flooring and a new emergency generator.
The shelter also purchased new playground equipment for the 223 kids
that use the centre on a yearly basis.
160-women use the 10-bed facility to escape danger.
