A slight decrease in earnings for Resolute Forest Products.
The company reports net income of $256 million for the last three months, $12 million off its earnings in the same period last year.
Sales were also down.
Over $1 billion reported, down by $82 million from a year ago.
Resolute says higher manufacturing costs, mainly related to fibre, maintenance and energy prices, were contributing factors.
