The restricted fire zone across Northwestern Ontario has been lifted thanks to the rain.
If people plan to have fires they are urged to fully extinguish them afterwards.
The Fire Hazard level remains moderate in Dryden and Ignace while Sioux Lookout and Red Lake still exhibit a high forest fire hazard.
