A recent interesting overhead shot of activity on and around the Richard George Ferry.
The Richard George Ferry (according to Derek Maud’s information submitted) was “commissioned in the early 90s, mainly used to ferry logging trucks from the north shores of lac seul to its current spot. Hasn’t ran in a long time, my guess – 2008. It’s great for fishing and swimming if your brave enough to jump off lol.”
The picture submitted by Derek shows how the Ferry had broke from one of its’ fastenings due to the high water level.
