In loving memory of Richard Paul Bouchard, age 56 of Hudson, who passed away on Monday July 19, 2004 at the Meno-Ya-Win Hospital-5th Avenue Site in Sioux Lookout.
Richard Bouchard is survived by his loving wife Donna. His 3 children, Darryl Vincent, Roxanne Vincent and Holly Vincent and one grandson Brandon. Richard Bouchard is also survived by his 4 sisters, Rita, Louise, Bernice and Rose Anne and his 4 brothers, Marcel, Norbert, Maurice and Michael.
Visitation for the late Richard Bouchard will be held at the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home on Wednesday July 21 from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m.
Funeral services for the late Richard Bouchard will be held in the Chapel at The Sioux Lookout Funeral Home on Thursday July 22 at 1:00 p.m. with Father Mike Mahoney officiating. Interment to follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hudson.
