One of the biggest fundraisers for the Alzheimer Society of Kenora-Rainy River takes place Saturday, August 24th.
The 17th annual Ride For Memories starts off from Dryden, Kenora and Fort Frances.
Executive Director Rossana Tomashowski says all proceeds will go towards their very popular Music Project.
“We need screen protectors for our I-Pods, headsets, charging cords and wall charges and we serve over 200 clients at the moment.
The I-Pods are loaded with music to help those living with dementia hold on to old memories.
The motorcycle ride across the district will end in Kenora with a steak dinner and prizes.
