Right By You Reporting Mental Health Epidemic

‘Right by You’.
That’s the name of a new campaign to try and reduce the number of youth suicides across Canada.
Michael Kirby is with Partners for Mental Health and says the federal and provincial governments can do more to address the problem.
Kirby says part of the problem is that Ontario has a two-tiered system where some parents have to pay to get their kids the counselling they need, where others don’t pay at all.
