Rivals Meet on Gridiron in Exhibition Action

The only tune-up game for the Dryden Eagle High School Football team is this afternoon (Thursday) at Harry McMaster Field.
The Blue and Gold welcome the Kenora Broncos.
This will be the only meeting between the Eagles and Broncos this season.
Eagles Coach Geoff Zilkans says the team is anxious to get going.
Zilkans says they will use the game to get players used to the temp of the game as well as consistency.
Zilkans notes they have a lot of talent on this years team and he is anticipating a jump forward this season.
He notes the coaching staff has slowed things down a bit and simplified the playbook.
Game time is 3:00.
The Eagles do it for real next Friday in Winnipeg.
