More work that will impact drivers for almost 12 hours in Dryden Thursday.
St. Charles Street from Elvis Avenue to Taylor Street will be closed to vehicles starting at 7:00 a.m.
This is to facilitate repairs to water lines in the area, and is expected to be completed by 6:00 p.m.
