Its a sure sign that spring is here. The Ministry of Transportation will be putting load restrictions on most secondary roads and highways in the region starting Thursday.
Larry Lambert is the regional manager for the M.T.O. and says a couple of logging roads will be exempt from the load restrictions for the time being.
