The City of Dryden still plans to conduct some more paving around
town before the end of summer.
Director of Engineering and Public Works Mike Fenton says next Tuesday,
Council will award Miller Northwest a $304,000 contract to pave
Sandy Beach Road, the Highlands Bridge and Whyte Avenue.
Fenton says the bid came in $50,000 over budget, so 1-project will have to be shelved.
Council notes the Myrtle Avenue project should become a top priority
next year.
