Rob Davis Happy With Resolutions In Dryden Court

More Dryden court cases are seeing some sort of resolution.
City Police Chief Rob Davis says they work closely with the Crown’s office to increase their communication, and in the past three months they have seen 100-percent of cases that go before court are resulting in some sort of verdict.
These include restitution payments, addictions counseling or going through a diversion program.
For more serious offenses, Davis says they are seeking fines or incarceration.
Davis says in June and July 2012, majority of cases were being withdrawn.
He adds that when there’s an appropriate resolution, it’s less likely that the person will re-offend.
