Robin McMillan Receives Diamond Jubilee Medal

An overwhelming honour.
That’s the only words Captain Robin McMillan of Dryden could use last night as he was honoured for over 22-years of service with the Canadian Armed Forces.
Speaking at the Legion, McMillan reflected on his time with the cadets program.
McMillan says his best experience with the cadets was field training and canoeing.
He says the kids were great, enthusiastic and excelled at their duties.
McMillan stresses they made his job very easy.
McMillan was presented with a Queen Diamond Jubilee Medal as well as commedation awards from the Prime Minister, Premier, Canadian Armed Forces and the City of Dryden.
He has retired from the service.
